Our Pink Kraut adds color and plenty of fermentation punch to the jar. Finely shredded organic cabbage, naturally fermented and pleasantly fresh and tangy. Perfect for bowls, burgers, sandwiches, or straight from the jar.

White cabbage 63% (Switzerland), beets 21%, water, applesauce, table salt, rapeseed 0.9%, garlic, horseradish, chili flakes, thyme, acerola powder on maltodextrin.
