What to expect
Sauerkraut can do much more than traditional winter dishes! We want to show how versatile our products are and keep bringing new, exciting foods to the market. To do that, we’re looking for a proactive personality who will promote our products, win over new customers, and create moments of enjoyment with creative ideas.
Maybe you’re a chef and would like to put your culinary expertise to use in field sales in the future. With us, you’ll combine customer contact, sales, and culinary skills. You’ll be on the road, discovering new sales opportunities, and you’ll have plenty of freedom to contribute your own ideas.
What you bring
- You love good food and enjoy inspiring others with new products and flavor experiences.
- Ideally, you have culinary training or experience in gastronomy. Other professional backgrounds with a connection to food are also welcome.
- You are communicative, approachable, and enjoy selling and acquiring new customers.
- You like being on the road, work independently, and recognize opportunities for new customer relationships.
- You are creative, enjoy being hands-on, and want to turn your own ideas into action.
- You are interested in fermentation and innovative foods or would like to build up this knowledge.
- You speak German fluently. French and English are a plus.
- You have a category B driver’s license.
Your benefits with us
- A permanent position with an employment scope of 60–100%.
- A company vehicle for your customer visits and assignments.
- Flexible working hours and a varied role outside the classic restaurant routine.
- A lot of responsibility, creative freedom, and the opportunity to put your own ideas into practice.
- A versatile combination of field sales, sales, culinary work, and events.
- The chance to further develop a young product segment and build new customers and sales channels.
- A family-run Swiss company with over 100 years of tradition, short decision-making paths, and direct collaboration with the 5th generation of our family business.
Your responsibilities
- You acquire new customers: You visit organic specialty stores, retailers, butcher shops, cheese dairies, farm shops, cafeterias, and other potential points of sale. You present our products and win new sales partners.
- You nurture relationships: You support existing customers, identify their needs, and help establish our products successfully in their assortment.
- You inspire with enjoyment: During customer visits, tastings, trade fairs, and food events, you prepare creative dishes and show how versatile our products can be used.
- You help shape things: You develop recipe ideas, tasting concepts, and new formats to make our products better known and open up additional sales opportunities. Ideas such as a food truck could also become part of the role in the future.
Are you ready for new moments of enjoyment?
